For my second creative planning section, or our second animation, I want to do something with the astros since they just beat the Phillies to win the world series. Ive been thinking about switching from them playing on the field to them riding around in the back of the victory parade. I think I would use Altuve for my animated character since hes the most well known astros player and hes their best player. When they are on the field, I dont know if id rather have them hitting or fielding, or if I should make it accurate to how they actually closed out game 6. I think trying to make it hyperrealisitic though would make my job much more difficult so I think im just gonna have Altuve catch a fly ball then raise his arms up, and then the background will transition with the raise of his arms into the parade, with all of the players riding on the float with confetti flying in the air. I could also do a phillies inspired animation, where I could have someone go to try and catch a fly ball and he drops it, and then the background transitions to him crying in the lockeroom or something. I could even add a sound to that one and make them crying really funny or sad.Hopefully my animation will add a lot to the Post Season page i have, as I think its currently kind of bland with just pictures and numbers. I will be doing the animation of the player catching the ball and winning the world series, with the background trasitioning into the winning parade with confetti flying around.
